Terms and Conditions

It is important that we know what we can expect from each other. What you can expect from us: availability of the application, privacy, who has access to data and information about the security of your data. But also what we can expect from you: for example, that you handle your password carefully and do not store any privacy-sensitive data. This information is included in the documents below.

Conditions for a User account
A user account is free. When you open your account, we ask you to read and agree to the terms of use. Below you can always read and download the current version:

Conditions for a paid organisation account
To use Trecxs in an organization, the organization must purchase a license. There are mutual obligations to this. These conditions are always an integral part of our quotes. Here you can consult our terms and conditions:

Privacy Statement
Within Trecxs, as little personal information as possible is requested. When registering a user account, we only ask for your name, email address, and telephone number for possible support. Due to the nature of the application, it cannot be ruled out that data that fall under the definition of ‘personal data’ may be stored, whether intentionally or unintentionally. How we deal with the protection of these personal data is described in our Privacy Statement, which can be consulted here:

Processor Agreement
Trecxs is a software-as-a-service application. We use various third-party services. Think of storage, database, support system, etc. To provide insight into how we handle the data, we have drawn up a draft processor agreement. This can be found here:

The links on this page always refer to the latest version. We can change these conditions. If we significantly change the terms and conditions, we will post a notification on our Website along with the new terms and conditions. We will inform users who are registered with us with their e-mail address in case of changes.

Use industry-templates or create organization-specific formats and manage assignments in any segment (construction, engineering, ICT, etc.).
